Returns & Exchanges

At Jelly Roll, we want you to love your fashion finds; if a piece doesn't fit your vibe, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
